How do I move from free trial to a paid plan?

The transition from free trial to paid plan is easy. When you next login after your 30-day trial you will be prompted to enter your credit card details to start your plan and log into your account. Anything you have entered into Better Bookings during your trial will remain in your account including clients, appointments, sales, expenses.  Start your free trial now!

Do I get access to all the features during my free trial?

Will my trial data still be there for you after my free trial?

Yes, anything you’ve entered during your free trial will remain in your account. To continue using Better Bookings after your free trial you must enter your credit card details which will provide you access to your Better Bookings account with all your previous data. Start your free trial now!

Can I use Better Bookings on either my Mac or PC?

Yes you can! Better Bookings is a web-based product meaning you simply login from your web browser of choice from any device including PC, Mac or smartphone.

I’m using another system, how do I migrate my data?

If you’re switching from another provider we can help! Just get in contact with our team on 1800 952 970 and we’ll make sure your data is imported into your Better Bookings account so you can be up and running quickly with minimal effort.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) high grade encryption technology. In fact, every screen you access in your Better Bookings account uses 256-bit high grade encryption.

Is my data safe and secure?

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data hosting. They are the world’s leading hosting provider so you can be confident that your data is secure at all times and that we have 99.99% uptime. We focus on building great software so you can focus on running your business.

How much data can I store in Better Bookings (clients, sales, appointments, etc)?

Unlimited! Yep, you are free to have as many client details in your account as you like – giving you ultimate freedom.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. After your 30-day free trial, payments are made either month-by-month or annually (if you want to enjoy a discount) and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel we will stop billing you immediately and you only incur the charges you have been billed prior to cancellation.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer a full featured 30-day free trial so you can try out the product for yourself.

How are SMS charged?

SMS can be used for marketing campaigns, one-off client messages and client appointment reminders. SMS is charged at $AUD 0.20 per SMS credit sent (159 characters long).
